A feasibility study focuses on the knowledge, analyses and considerations involved in making quality business decisions regarding how your organization will be successful. Some elements of the feasibility will be more important than others - and - some may directly conflict. The feasibility study is an educated "guess" - well researched and thought out. Sometimes external considerations are more important than the narrow feasibility issues discussed.
