All topic modules (presentations, workshops and seminars) can be offered separately, combined or modified to meet any need(s). They can be lengthened or shortened and will be customized to organizational needs, goals and expertise.

Web Site Review / Analysis

Review your current Web Site for strengths and weaknesses in order to "evolve it" to the next phase/level. Learn to do long-term planning with incremental budgeting for development & design. Topics will include:

    Consult recent Internet demographics
      Learn how to review detailed server statistic reports for site trends and review effectiveness of targeted user markets
    Review of page layouts for user-friendliness
    Review of Web site content and design for positive and negative components, including psychological and physiological considerations, interactivity and "calls to action"

    Discussion / demonstration / presentation format.
    Prerequisite: Currently have a Web site


Web Site Information Architecture

Emphasis is on how to build sites that work - structuring information that is easily accessible to users. Learn to:

      Develop a systematic, user-based process that saves time, money and prevents site problems
    Structure and organize information according to a logical hierarchy
    Group and lay-out information on pages to create task-oriented, a user-friendly site
    Develop effective site-wide navigation systems

    Format: Discussion / demonstration / presentation.
    Prerequisite: Currently have a Web site


Each topic is designed to meet the specific needs of the participants. Content / material can be added or removed, depending on needs and goals.
