Feasibility Studies

A feasibility study focuses on the knowledge, analyses and considerations involved in making quality business decisions regarding how your organization will be successful. This information can be then translated into an implementation plan.

Feasibility Issues:

Many of the above questions can not be answered in the early stages of the study.

	Data on actual costs and benefits is not is not available
	We need to determine what resources are at our disposal.

Some elements of the feasibility will be more important than others - and - some may directly conflict.

The feasibility study is an educated "guess" - well researched and thought out.

Sometimes external considerations are more important than the narrow feasibility issues discussed.
