Deci hai sa vorbim putin despre ingrediente.

Crema contine aloe vera sub forma de gel care din informatiile de pe prospect ajuta la calmarea durerilor si ameliorarea senzatiei de oboseala in zona picioarelor cu varice. Are un efect pozitiv si asupra vaselor capilare, imbunatatind starea de sanatate generala a acestora.

Mai sunt uleiul de macese care are rol antiseptic si de reimprospatare a pielii afectate accelerand refacerea microfracturilor epidermei.

Si nu in ultimul extractul de splinuta care tonifiaza si stimuleaza circulatia sanguina in zonele cu vene varicoase. Pe langa efectul de tonifiere extractul de splinuta accelereaza metabolismul tesuturilor, celulele regenerandu-se intr-un ritm accelerat.

Cam asta ar fi cu ingredientele si efectele lor asupra zonelor afectate de varice. Ca si pret, recunosc crema nu este cea mai ieftina insa nici cea mai scumpa. Randamentul pe care il ofera o face sa isi merite banii, cel putin pana acum aceasta este parerea mea. Clar in momentul in care nu vor mai fi rezultate voi cauta o alta solutie insa pentru moment aceasta crema este cea mai buna solutie pentru varicele mele.

Daca ai nevoie de mai mult spatiu pentru a depozita alimente congelate exista mai multe solutii bune pentru aceasta situatie. In primul rand poti sa-ti cumperi o lada frigorifica. Gasesti si lazi frigorifice care nu ocupa foarte mult spatiu in cazul in care stai la bloc si nu ai mult spatiu disponibil.

Sau mai exista varianta a 2-a, cea pe care am ales-o si noi si anume sa iti cumperi o combina frigorifica cu 4 sertare la congelator. Sunt cateva modele foarte bune care vin la un pret destul de rezonabil. Mai jos o sa-ti vorbesc despre modelul pe care l-am luat noi si anume Liebherr Confort CN 4213.

Liebherr Confort CN 4213 este o combina frigorifica ce vine cu 4 sertare in compartimentul congelatorului. Volumul net al congelatorului este de 129 L iar frigiderul are 165 L.

Pe langa faptul ca sunt 4 sertare, la nevastamea i-a placut si faptul ca sunt facute dintr-un plastic de calitate care pare a fi destul de rezistent la socuri sau lovituri.

Iarasi ce ne-a atras la acest model a fost consumul energetic foarte eficient. Avand in vedere ca volumul net al combinei frigorifice este de 294L, un consum anual de 245 kWh este foarte rezonabil.

Combina era in 2 variante, cu exteriorul din inox sau pe alb. Noi am luat-o pe cea alba fiindca era si mai ieftina si sincer mie personal nu mi se pare cine stie ce aspectul acela al inoxului. Unii zic ca arata modern si elegant insa pentru mine parca banii in plus pe care i-as fi dat pe modelul din inox nu se meritau.

Un alt model ce mi s-a parut interesant este aceasta combina frigorifica de la Samsung insa in final a fost prea scumpa pentru noi. Am gasit un video ce l-am inserat mai jos:

Ziceam si de varianta unei lazi frigorifice. Noi inainte sa luam combina aceasta cu congelator mai mare am avut o lada frigorifica care pentru multi ani de zile si-a facut treaba foarte bine.

Pentru apartament gasesti modele de lazi frigorifice ieftine, mai mici care nu ocupa spatiu mult insa pentru depozitarea alimentelor congelate sunt excelente.

Modelul pe care l-am avut noi a fost un Star-Light CFM-146AP cu capacitate neta de 146 L. Era un model mai compact. Spatiul pe care il ocupa era cam acelasi cu cel pe care l-ar ocupa o masina de spalat.

Ca si putere de congelare, lada frigorifica putea sa congeleze aproximativ 6-7 kg la 24 de ore. Pentru noi a fost suficient. Problema era ca nu exista organizarea frumoasa a alimentelor ce ti-o ofera un compartiment impartit cu sertare cum este congelatorul unei combine frigorifice. Pe de alta parte poti depozita alimente mai voluminoase care daca ai vrea sa le bagi intr-un sertar ar trebui sa le tai in bucati mai mici. Ma refer aici la carnuri bineinteles.

Consumul energetic la lada frigorifica era de 190 kWh/an. Mai mic ca cel de la combina frigorifica noua insa ca si randament, combina este mai buna daca raportezi consumul energetic la spatiu de depozitare pe care il ai la dispozitie.

Asta am vrut sa va zic azi. Ambele variante sunt ok pentru cine are nevoie de spatiu sa pastreze alimente congelate in cantitati mai mari.

Daca vrei sa-ti cumperi un cazan de tuica din cupru pentru anul acesta ai ocazia sa economisesti niste bani fiindca mai toate magazinele online incep sa lanseze oferte si promotii la cazane chiar acum inainte de perioada cand se aduna prunele pt. fermentare.

Daca lucrii singur iti recomand sa mergi pe varianta cu evacuare laterala cu robinet. Model din asta am luat si eu anul trecut pentru socrumiu si a fost foarte multumit de el. S-a descurcat singur la fiert cateva sute de kilograme de prune.

Ca si preturi, un cazan de tuica 60L de cupru cu puritate de 99,99% te costa undeva la aproape 4000 de lei insa vorbim de un cazan solid, constructie de calitate care sa te tina multi ani.

Pentru cine are o cantitate de fructe mai mare un cazan de 100 de litri probabil e mai indicat. Intradevar e putin mai scump decat unul de 60 de litri insa iti faci si treaba mai repede.

Si la modelele de 100L sunt tot la fel 2 tipuri, cu evacuare laterala cu robinet si basculant. Intradevar cazanul cu evacuare laterala e mai comod de folosit insa daca mai ai pe cineva care te ajuta la distilat poate un cazan basculant ar grabi lucrurile, umplerea/golirea e mai rapida insa trebuie sa mai ai pe cineva pe langa tine.

Diferenta de pret dintre un cazan de tuica de 60L si unul de 100L este aproximativ 1000 de lei. Acum depinde de necesitatile fiecaruia. Daca nu ai nevoie de un cazan de capacitate medie, unul de 60L este suficient. Depinde de cantitatea de borhot pe care o ai de fiert, bineinteles de timpul disponibil si nu in ultimul rand de buget.

Preturile la cazane de tuica din cupru de 100 litri sunt cam aceleasi la majoritatea magazinelor online. Depinde acuma de preferintele tale si care magazin ti se pare mai de incredere.

Recomand din cupru si nu din inox datorita faptului ca, cuprul este un metal foarte bun din punct de vedere al termoconductibilitatii. Pe langa asta rezista foarte bine la acizii organici ce rezulta din fierbere si in acelasi timp ii da tuicii o aroma mai buna.

Finding a decent indoor rowing machine if you’re on a tight budget can be a bit hard, but it’s doable, it will just take a while longer.

The first rower that comes to mind is the Stamina Body Trac Glider 1050. It’s a piston resistance rowing machine which is built very differently than normal air, water and magnetic resistance rowers. Instead of the normale handle you have 2 bars which would be the oars.

The good thing is if you want to use it at home, it’s extremely compact, taking very little space.

It has an adjustable gas shock resistance which can be easily set to fit anyone, no matter what their current fitness level is.

For what it offers the user, the Trac Glider 1050 is very cheap, the list price on this one is $125, so way below the $300 mark.

I remember when I bought my first rowing machine, I paid about $500 for it, brand new, it was an air rower in if I remember correctly I believe it was the Lifecore R100 rower which if you have the money for it it’s a very cool piece of equipment. Not as expensive as the Concept 2 but still offering a very challenging workout.

Because it’s an air rower it does tend to get a little noisy once your workout starts to get more intense and your rowing speed increases.

Going back to our low budget rowing machine we have the Stamina Air Rower rowing machine, which is from the same manufacturer as the Glider but this is an air rower so it’s much more realistic.

It’s list price is 400 bucks but I mentioned here because usually you can get it for $300 from Amazon. It’s foldable so it won’t take a lot of space when you’re not using it.

Because of the air resistance the rowing stroke is very smooth, and it feels almost like you’re actually rowing on water, the key word here is almost. The frame is very solidly built, it’s a steel frame that can hold up 250 pounds max user weight.

So which one should you get, the Trac Glider or the Air Rower. They’re both from Stamina, but if you were to ask me the Air Rower wins every time. Just by looking at the reviews from other users you can see which one is better. If you ask me reviews are very important when it comes to choosing a rowing machine that you’ll be using almost on a daily basis.

There are other rowers under the 300 dollar price point but these 2 are the best you can choose from. Although like I said  I’m not really a fan of the piston resistance rowers, the Trac Glider 1050 from Stamina is well worth the $100 and something you pay for it.
